What's New
BILL PAY SERVICE
We now have a bill pay service available to our members. Click on the BillPay link located on the left hand side of your HFS site to get started. After the free introductory period the fee is only $5 per month.
BUILDING YOUR FUTURE
In early May 2009, Northland Educators Federal Credit Union began a major renovation of its facility located at 1404 12th Avenue North. The lobby will be completely renovated and we will be adding approximately 200 square feet of space to the northwest corner of the building. When completed, the lobby will have a whole new look – a concierge station that will make your service even more personal, a coffee bar style waiting area, a member-designated PC for your personal use, and a special section just for children!
The drive-up window remains open, but you will no longer be able to access the credit union through the current “front door”. Instead, we ask that you follow the sidewalk on the north side of building to the steps leading to a door at the eastern edge of the building. The member service representatives and loan officers will be in this section of the building, ready to help you in the same professional and friendly manner you are accustomed to.
Because handicap access will not be available during construction, we are offering personalized walkup service to our members who will not be able to access our temporary quarters. If you require special service during the construction process, please call the credit union at 293-6132, and a credit union representative will meet you in the credit union parking lot.
It is our hope that this project will be completed by late summer. We will provide you regular updates through our website (www.northlandcu.org), newsletter, and statement stuffers. We are excited about the future we are building for you. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we “BUILD YOUR FUTURE”.
